Engagements
Work is scoped and agreed in a signed statement of work. Deposits, milestones, and deliverables are defined there and take precedence over this page.
Intellectual property
On full payment, project deliverables transfer to the client, excluding third-party assets and our own tools, systems, and pre-existing IP.
Liability
The studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
